The Parliamentary Assembly of BiH missed the opportunity, especially with the obstruction of representatives/delegates from the Croatian National Assembly and Alliance of Independent Social Democrats to pass amendments to the Election Law on improving the integrity of the election process, as stated in the public address of the Declaration for the Constitutional Change of BiH. In the public statement, it was highlighted that the Declaration`s Assembly does not guarantee that the initiative will inform the Office of the High Representative about the fact that the voice of the Council is essentially the voice of democratic Bosnia and Herzegovina, therefore of all nations and citizens living in Bosnia and Herzegovina, unlike political parties, especially national ones, which represent their particular interests, and some of them express only interests its ethnic groups, which is disastrous for the multi-ethnic future of the country.
