BCSDN has appointed Anja Bosilkova Antovska as its new Executive Director. Having previously served as Head of Policy and Advocacy and most recently as Acting Executive Director, Anja brings extensive experience in civil society development, regional cooperation and policy advocacy. Throughout her work at BCSDN, she has played a key role in advancing network’s advocacy priorities, strengthening engagement with European institutions and international partners, and bringing regional civil society perspectives into European policy discussions. Her close collaboration with BCSDN members and the Executive Office team has also contributed to stronger cooperation and shared ownership across the network. In her new role, she will lead BCSDN’s efforts to strengthen its collective voice, protect civic space and advance policies supporting civil society across the Western Balkans and Türkiye.
