The Declaration calls on the EU to present clear, transparent and measurable benchmarks to allow CSOs to monitor the process and enable fair and transparent progress of each country, such as was the case with the visa liberalization roadmaps. The EU institutions and WB Governments are called on to establish and maintain regular dialogue with CSOs in the EU integration process. The Declaration is being supported by over 450 CSOs and networks , including the Balkan Civil Society Development Network.
